Rise Property Advisory is a registered business name operated by Rise Construction Group Pty Ltd (ACN 117 471 977) as Trustee for the Ristevski Family Trust (ABN 73 943 785 191) (“Rise”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

If you engage our services, your engagement is governed by the Letter of Engagement and our full Standard Terms & Conditions & Legal Disclaimers (“Full Terms”), which prevail to the extent of any inconsistency. The Full Terms are provided with the Letter of Engagement and are available on request. You should not rely on website content as forming part of any engagement unless expressly incorporated in the signed Letter of Engagement.
