We locate prime sites, ideally ones that do not require a planning permit for a rooming house so that we can fast-track the project. Our Architect will provide a schematic plan to show the potential yield, size and number of rooms before you buy.​​

Step 4. Design Phase & Builder Engagement

Time to be creative

Following purchase of the land, we coordinate the engagement of the architect and negotiate a price offer with our exclusive builder. This approach delivers a refined, efficient process and access to highly competitive pricing rarely available elsewhere

Step 5.  Project Oversight

Our boots on ground

Our hands-on project oversight is included when you engage our builder. We handle everything from start to handover and encourage a private inspector for total transparency.​

Step 6.  Handover & Leasing

Get ready to start making money

We conduct a detailed final walkthrough and provide a complete package of all documents (warranties, certificates), ensuring you are 100% satisfied and ready to earn income. We then line you up with our recommended leasing experts.
