The site's location on a busy main road presented significant logistical complexities, including limited parking and the need for a rigorous traffic management plan, which our team expertly designed and executed.

The client's goal was a "build and flip" with 50% retention, so the project was engineered for economy and scale. We delivered a mix of modern three-storey and two-storey homes, designed for broad market-appeal and cost-effective efficiency.
Throughout the build, we also managed the complex staging of materials and trades within a highly constrained footprint, ensuring the project timeline was never compromised.
