Before joining Rise, Chetana spent over 15 years as a Registered Nurse, including seven years in the Coronary Care Unit at Jessie McPherson Private Hospital. That background shows up in everything she does: clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine focus on the person in front of her rather than the transaction.

At Rise, she works with buyers and investors on traditional house and land packages and entry-level investment solutions. She takes the time to understand where you actually are financially, what you're trying to build long-term, and what makes sense for your situation before recommending anything.

She holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and is currently completing a Diploma of Leadership and Management at Swinburne University.

How it Works
1. Initial conversation - You speak directly with Chetana.
No forms, no pressure. Just a straightforward conversation about your goals, your budget, your borrowing position, and where you want to invest.​
2. Finance assessment - Before looking at packages, we get your numbers confirmed. You can use your existing broker or our in-house lending partner. The point is simple — know what you can actually buy before you fall in love with something.​
3. Package selection - A word of caution here. Volume builders often advertise low headline prices that look attractive until you read the contract. It's not uncommon for clients to discover $50,000 to $100,000 in variation costs after signing, because the base contract excluded a significant amount of site works, upgrades, or items that most people assume are standard.We work differently. Specifications are defined upfront, site conditions are assessed properly, and contracts are structured to avoid surprises. If you're unsure, ask anyone who has built with a mainstream volume builder. The pattern is consistent.​
4. Land contract and build agreement - Once finance is unconditional, you sign the land contract and building contract. In that order, with everything aligned.​
5. Design and selections - You choose from curated colour schemes and façade options, kept focused so decisions are straightforward and the finished product appeals to the rental market.​
6. Construction - Build commences in line with the agreed timeline. You're kept informed without being buried in updates you don't need.​
7. Leasing and tenant placement - Handover isn't the finish line. It's the start of the investment. We connect you with recommended property managers to get the property tenanted promptly so it starts performing as quickly as possible.
