Perched atop a mountain with what are undoubtedly the best views on the Mornington Peninsula, this project is a masterclass in collaborative project management.

 

Tucked away with secluded private access, the property offers an exclusive sanctuary that we are helping to transform. The client brought us a bold vision to reinvent their 1990s home, and our role is to provide expert Project Oversight to ensure that vision is executed flawlessly.

Now halfway through construction, the ambitious renovation is taking shape against a breathtaking ocean backdrop. We are managing the complex engineering of a suspended pool that will float above the dramatic landscape.

 

Inside, we are coordinating the installation of custom joinery and preparing for a suite of bespoke furniture and other unique features still being imagined by the creative team.

With many details being refined as we go, our daily collaboration with the architect and decorator is crucial. We are on-site ensuring every element honors the magnificent setting, and we even get a daily visit from the friendly neighboring dog, who has become an honorary member of the site team.

 

We are on track to deliver a home that will not just be a benchmark for quality, but a landmark on the peninsula.
